After three months the web hosting fee is due
Once you begn to operate your business with the software or in an additional 3 months , then the leasing fee is due.
You are required to sign an agreement with the web hosting company and the software leasing company. Additionally, you are asked to provide us with automatic debit access to a bank account when your web hosting fee becomes due and before you begin to operate your business with this software
Current prices for lease of the software system and web hosting fee are:
1-3 Locations $50 software lease/$35 Web Hosting=$85 per month
4-6 Locations $60 software lease/$40 Web Hosting=$100 per month
Above 6 locations ask for quote.
There may be additional fees if you need specially designed code written for your business situation.. If the code is a valuable addition to the program and useful to most other participants, these fees would be waived. We welcome your input as you work through the program. We wish to continue to improve this program as needs a discovered and fulfilled
We need to limit the number of clients to fewer than 10 for the year 2009. This will enable us to give better service and adapt to the different scenarios of each studio. Each applicant needs to understand that in the initial phase we may not be able to accomidate your business
